This system is aimed at large campaigns where
significant responses are expected.
The aim is to pre-filter applicants based on how they
rate their skills in a variety of different skill areas. A Campaign has
specific skill requirements and the system permits custom filters to be
developed. Candidates are then presented based on a specific skill score, and
ordered in terms of that score.
As with Psychometric analysis, the information
request is general and covering areas not part of the Campaign focus in order
to minimise 'tailoring' of responses.
This demo gives a brief indication of how the system
operates. Additional skills and requirements such as Education, Certification,
Creativity etc could all be added as needed.
The ultimate aim is a skills database owned by the user
but accessible to Campaign Managers as appropriate.
The benefits of the system include shifting the
initial workload of pre-filtering applicants from the Campaign Team to the
Applicant.
The Campaign Team can then apply their resources to
Applicants who fulfill the basic requirements.
